Synergist JV, LLC, Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between TIAG and Saliense, received a Small Business Award for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) and the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) for its exemplary performance and being a strong, innovative business partner in advancing the Department’s mission.

SynergisT elevated FEMA’s Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) Scorecard for Security AuthorizationHigh Value Assets, which went from reporting under target to a constant 100%. The non-high value assets of the FEMA FISMA Scorecard for Security Authorization-Other also improved by 20%, doubling the rate of percent increase each month. Adding an incalculable value, SynergisT formed a partnership with FEMA, helping to integrate cybersecurity awareness and compliance at the program level and leading the monthly cybersecurity training, which changed the FEMA enterprise culture.” U.S. Department of Homeland Security 17th Annual Small Business and Small Business Advocate Award.
